Robert Goldstein, Partner

Robert Goldstein, CPA, has proudly been with The Resnick Druckman Group for more than 40 years, becoming a highly respected partner in 1977. His career with the firm began when, having just left graduate school, Bob responded to an advertisement for employment. He interviewed on Monday morning and began working for the firm the very next day! In just 48 hours, Bob had made a decision that completely turned his life around, and he has never been sorry. His clients are equally as grateful that he made the move.

Bob assists closely-held businesses across a variety of industries, providing clients with a combination of good business advice, sound judgment and technical expertise that has helped them to reach their goals and manage their organizations by making informed decisions. This is especially important in today’s competitive environment, and Bob’s insights are value-added suggestions for the middle market business owners and senior managers he works with. Bob is proud to say that he offers his clients the same suggestions that he would follow himself.

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is the Treasurer of the Hope Program, a charitable foundation whose mission is to empower people living in poverty to become self-sufficient through training, interning and mentoring progams. He also serves on the organization's Board of Directors. He has served as the President of a grass roots environmental organization that, among other things, paved the way for instituting municipal recycling programs across the entire State of New York. He is the former President of the Economic Reform Advisory Committee to the Nassau County Legislature which meets in response to legislative action. Bob is also a member of the Executive Board of the accountants, attorneys and bankers chapter of American ORT.

When time permits, Bob’s passion leads him to pursue running, photography, reading, golf and anything to do with the Yankees. Because of his talent for photography, Bob is also the Resnick Druckman Group’s “official” photographer.

  • Bob graduated from Baruch College in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also attended Brooklyn Law School.
  • Bob has resided in Old Bethpage, Long Island for over 37 years. He has two married daughters and four wonderful grandsons.
